The DJ to Go's Guiding Principles
I want to provide you the best service possible.

                                                                                   BEFORE
> View my music online and see if I have the music you want.  Keep in mind, I'm constantly adding more, and have no problems getting
any special songs for you since it only adds to my collection.
> I'm willing to discuss all the details with you before anything is done to include meeting in person.
>  Confirm location and verify my navigation system has the location registered (you have no worries, I have never gotten lost!).  If I have
any doubts, I'll drive there prior to the event make sure.
>   I want to do everything to assist in making sure we both understand each other's expectations and requirements.  My basic
requirements are power and an area in which myself and my gear are safe.
>   I will set up a web page prior to my arrival at your special event allowing you and your guest a chance to view and make requests
before anything starts (songs not to be played can also be noted on via the web page).  This is done at no added fee and is standard
service for all my customers.  If you want, we can review all requested songs before the event gets started.  This has been handy for
school groups.
>   Point is, I put many hours of work in before the event even starts.  The time I invest in your event is worth it, you can rest at ease
knowing it actually took more time in planning and coordinating so you and your guest have a great time to remember.  I really do believe
it's more than just making music...it's also about making memories!.

                                                                 THE EVENT
> I arrive early, normally, at least 1 1/2 hours.  If lights are requested, I arrive at least 2 1/2 hours early. You've gone through a lot in
planning your event.   Now you can relax knowing your DJ to Go will be there for you!
>   Systems check.  Test all systems while you can rest at ease knowing I've got a second system waiting in the wing (have yet to use it).
>   By this point, we should have most all the details taken care of, however we can go over everything in case anything else has come
up...special announcements, dedications, a special CD you have that you want played, etc..
>  You and your guests may use any of my four wireless microphones during the event, or if you prefer, I will make all the
announcements for you.
>   I'm a flexible DJ. Willing to stay in the background and spin the tunes while you and your friends enjoy, or be front and center, driving
the party if need be. It's all up to you. I also realize a big difference in a sophsitcated wedding and outright college party...I conduct
myself accordingly.

IT'S THE DETAILS THAT SET THE BEST APART
>  I'm willing to get down to the smallest detail such as dress, color coordination if required to match a particular party scheme, etc.. I
have several tools to review  all your needs while providing pointers/advicet.  One is an online planning for in which you may go online
anytime to modify or change should some great idea come to mind.  Of course, you can always contact me too!  Bottom line is no detail
is to trivial, no request is too big; and you're the boss!

You really do get world-class service with Jeff, the DJ to Go.

Excerpt from a customer Thank you letter,
"{Our} Party was such a wonderful success.  Everybody had a great time and the music was a huge part of that!  Actually, they're still
sore from all the dancing.  Thanks for all your help & I hope  to be able to use your services again."
