| 1. Step 1 Availability. Check to see if the DJ to Go is available by using the 'Get Started' link at the end of these instructions. |
| 2. Step 2 Free Quote. You will be asked to provide the date of the event. If available, you will then be directed to a web form allowing you to obtain a FREE online quote (the quote generator). |
| 3. Step 3 Input. Provide basic info and obtain an Instant quote. |
| 4. Step 4 Review. You can then review the information provided, the quote, price, etc. Three choices are available at this point: |
| (1) adjust the quote rate, (2) print the quote, or (3) book online. |
| Note: Neither the customer or the DJ to Go is under any obligation to book the event at this point, prices may still change, if so, normally it is due to additional changes negotiated between the customer & DJ to GO. |
| 5. Step 5 Contract. Repeat customers who know of the DJ to Go's great reputation and service often choose to book online at this point. The contract is brought up on screen, it can be printed and signed by the customer and mailed, faxed, or scanned to the DJ to GO. |
| 6. Step 6 Online Payment. An online payment may be made at this point by selecting the 'make payment' button. The customer has a choice of paying only the deposit, full amount, or other (somewhere in between the deposit and full amount). At this point, the customer is directed away from my website to a secure e-commerce payment gateway, PayPal. Payment can be made online with a PayPal account or credit card, bank routing info, I have no access to your payment info, that is kept between you and PayPal.. Not comfortable with online payment? No problem, we can work that out and discuss other payment options while making sure everything is taken care of for your outstanding event. |
